You should walk around soon after the mastopexy but plan on staying off work for several days to a week. On the advice of your surgeon, you may be able to resume normal activities and even light exercise within weeks of your breast lift. Your breasts should been given adequate time to heal, thus major or even moderate manipulation should be avoided for several weeks. Be sure to keep all of your follow-up appointments.
